Today work has focused entirely on getting an initial draft for my GSoC work product done.
There’s nothing to comment about that I have not already mentioned here in past daily reports. I went into GitHub’s issue filter and searched for all issues and PRs involving me in the repos I had worked on.
Then I started taking notes of everything there. Currently, I’m not yet finished, which is unfortunate. Still, I did get all initial areas covered, and only comments on some PRs and issues remain.
None.
Considering the pace at which I’ve been writing today, I think I should be done with the first draft by the end of the week. This is because I’m not going to spend any more full days in the report like I did today.
It’s already public as a Markdown file under dybucc/gsoc-2026-report, but I don’t plan on asking direct feedback for it until I think the first draft is done.
Next week I’ll go back to working on the FreeBSD PR and on the MCP implementation. I’ll spend some time each day finishing up the draft and ask my mentor for feedback by either Friday or Saturday.
